I got a new battery, I'll ride around close to home to see if it happens again, I think most of the electric "stuff" needs updating, stator looks like it's got an oily residue, if there's a seal behind it, it probably needs replacing?

motor stops when headlight turns onwhen I try to restart, headlight won't come on, if I wait a few minutes it will work again and I can start it (cb77) sometimes it will run for a few miles with headlight on then die?
