thank you for this info - i'll check the battery and if necessairy i follow your tip on the battery you've recommended. The startermotor has been rebuild and is brandnew, so i don't think he is the problem.. will also check al earthconnections to the frame again. i will keep you posted on my progess...

Hi Guys, i'm new here - i am finalising the restauration on a CB 77 '66 model, but even after several tests i can't get any response from the startermotor when i push the starter button. I just hear the starter breaker making a rather loud "clack" . So i have replaced with another.. same result . Al...

The lowerforks are made of steel. This could be the problem. So normally you can pull them out
And there are no hidden bolds or screws ? So if i pull with great force they must loosen ? Or Will
This cause dammage to the inner fork ?

Can somebody please tell me how to distmantle the cb77 frontforks. I can't loosen the lower outside forks from the frontforks. Whats the trick ?
