I have it on my CA-78 (same as the CA-77) and it works great. I just used the brackets that held the old rectifier.

Finally got the ignition mounted. Took about three hours to mount everthing and run all the wires. I mounted the module to top of the frame under the seat. Just purchased the probe ignition and will try and mount it to the old ca-77 dream this weekend. You can buy direct from their web site. I'll let you know how it does.

Don't forget the vent from the head cover is routed to this area around the front drive sprocket. My ca-77 was leaking oil in this area and it turned out to be the head cover plate was installed backwards and let the vent hose take oil as well as air from the top of engine and dump it in the sprocke...

I have an original set of bars that I have taken of my ca77. I swapped them out for a set that I made from a lower rise bar (superbike bend). I will measure the bar tonight and get you a length and width for the slot. It's a pretty easy job to make any handlebar fit these bikes.

Way on the lean side. The first plugs looked a little pink from heat. In all my 35 years of bikes, street and race I have found that plugs tell a good story of what is going on. You need to richen up a tad. I would rather be a little on the rich (COOL) side instead of lean. Lean is HOT!

The relay that I installed is just a standard 12 volt auto flasher (the little round kind) and it works great. Lights seem to flash at just the right speed and it easy to keep a spare one in the tool kit(just in case).
