Cheers Mike.

Points are all clean and got good spark at cap. Just seems to be the plug getting fouled/wet, so will look at carbs again.

I'm not the best at setting them up though!

Thanks SMBH. I thought that might be the case!

Have got new coils, plugs, points and leads, as has been a 3 year ground up rebuild.

Will keep trying different things, as may be a fueling or carb balance issue as well.

I am tempted by electronic ignition, what set up have you got?

I have finally finished the restoration of my CB72 Cafe Racer, and bought I had sorted the problem I was having with misfiring by replacing the condenser. Cheers Vince It looks like it might be a long process! It is definitely running rich, no I have adjusted it as much as possible withe idle and mixture screws. A dyno sounds good, but the guy who helped with the restoration is going to take a look in the new year, so hope he can sort it. Will have to...

Thanks, I did read through the thread, but there is not much info on jetting or slides. Think I might need to change the slides to a 2.5 or 3.0. It's not the best time of year to be test riding unfortunately!
