READING SPARK PLUGS

I've recently replaced a bad and broken coil with a working one, used LM's tuning recipe, gave the bike a few laps around the block, bike seemed to run fine, and pulled the plugs. I've always read the plugs should have a nice brown color, but haven't been able to find photos. Am i running to lean, o...

Haha, I was totally lost, and forgot about what I typed; didn't think anyone would catch that. Yes, the bullet holes are referring to when you pulled out your gun and shot the bike. LOL. I don't think it's the wire itself because they have maybe 2 miles on them and are a year old. Can you elaborate? Thanks. Broken valve spring ...

Thanks for the tip, HT. I've been cleaning blackened plugs for the past week or so, and have swapped them every time. Got anymore tips? I might not have covered everything. Did you pull your plugs to make sure neither are fouled? If neither are fouled swap them side for side and see if the problem f...

lifted tank
pulled wires
swapped coils
installed wires
dropped tank
started the bike
no difference
pulled out gun
shot the bike

saved $30 on an impulse coil purchase. now to find a faulty wire somewhere in the left side ignition wiring.
