Let me apologize now for not understanding some terms. I haven't been around motorcycles for very long and my mechanic language is limited to shop manuals and such.

Rev, Not sure how that relates to the electrical misfiring in my plug wires. I diagnosed my problem with a xenon timing light attached to the left plug wire. Thanks for the tip, HT. I've been cleaning blackened plugs for the past week or so, and have swapped them every time. Got anymore tips? I might not have covered everything. saved $30 on an impulse coil purchase. now to find a faulty wire somewhere in the left side ignition wiring.
