IVD is kind of a pain in the butt. I work in aviation. it is meant to be a "sacrificial coating" as described. The coating is designed to wear or corrode before the parent material. No, no wasp nests thank god. found almost all of the parts that were missing. only thing I did not find was one of the side covers and the keys as of yet. gonna have to order the keys, may just change the whole lock out for a newer style.
