I've used Wisco JA-3 before, but couldn't find any currently available. You might try this one, although it's at least double the cost of a Wisco.

Replace or at the very least clean your points. Its the most common problem with underload missing at higher rpm's. Of course reset the gap per spec.

If you're positive you have spark, I'd say you need to pull that carburetor again and clean the idle/pilot jet. You probably picked up something to plug it up. Best way to clean it is with a small strand of copper wire, or a jet cleaning tool. Spraying cleaner inside the carb and closing it back up ...

From the sales figures of American Honda, it would have arrived at a dealer in early '67, but could have been sold later and then would have been titled in the year sold.
