Tension caused by tensioner

I couldn't find a tensioner for a CA77. I bought one for a superhawk instead. I remove the roller from it and use that on my old tensioner.

Hope it works.

After that I'm gonna work on the cylinders. I need to get me a pair of new sleeves (STD bore).

I like that you polished instead of painted. I'm going to go the same route with my bike. Why'd you stop polishing when it came to the carb cover though? I polished that bit on mine, here they are. Question, how'd you reach the inside corners? what did you use? Thanks in advance! You have a beautifu...

That's what's been happening to my restoration so far. I hope that the engine rebuild would be a success. I'm going to have the wiring harness built from scratch. The wires on the bike is all messed up right now. Almost all the electrical parts were replaced with parts from 450 to 600 cc bikes. I'm ...

The bikes carb cover was painted black. The fender bracket and handlebar clamp were painted silvery grey.

New Paint Job

After the bike was dismantled, I got the parts that needed to be painted from the mechanic. My sister (based in NY) requested that I had the bike painted red. I was actually thinking the same because almost all Dreams restored here were painted black (with one excemption, I saw one that came in a li...
