New kickstarter bushings

I recently repaired another right side cover with a new bronze bushing and made several extra bushings.

If anyone is interested in a new bronze bushing for their right side cover for the CB77 or dream send me a PM.

Yes my shift drum retainer was installed. the majority of the play appears to be in the shift drum, movement of the whole fork, and not play between the gear and fork. how much side play on the shift drum is acceptable? Is play of .5mm to 1mm acceptable?

thanks

Offset Cotter Installation

I was hoping to get some expert advice to verify that my transmission is good to go. Second gear was not engaging enough so I got some offset cotters from Western Hills Honda. CB77 Rotor Bolt Torque

Does anyone know what torque the CB77 rotor bolt should be tightened to? I can't seem to find this spec anywhere. Can this bolt be tightened using a rubber strap wrench around the rotor and just tightening the bolt as good as you can?

Thanks!

I would get a better impact driver. The right sized tip for the impact driver should not damage the pan head screws at all. I just got a new Lisle impact driver from amazon for $30. Looks like a good solid tool and its made in the USA. The only other option I know is to drill off the heads and repla...

Nice work.

What paint did you use on the engine covers...and how did you apply it? It looks nice.

What brand and color grey paint are you using for the engine covers?

Yes, that looks like the chain breaker I have (that idea came from other forum members here). did you coat the plastic runner with dielectric grease? I suppose that would help hold the switch in position.
