Check the diameter of the rollers also as these may not be the right size as the o/e.

Yes it is brand new and I may have slightly misled you here, but I did state it was off a C90 /C50 which is the cub, therefore it is a flywheel magneto, probably 6 volts and hence the 2 separate coils, one for lights and one for the ignition. Ff you cannot justify paying $200+ or so for Neway cutters, then try getting hold of some valve seat cutters from an auto shop for about $40 and machine the pilot guide down to Honda valve stem size.
