Thanks for the input folks. I pretty much had everything set and figured the way you guys explained. Was just caught up on the ball bearing. And thanks for the offer to send me a bearing, but I had some here. I put it all together last night and everything (Kick starter and clutch) is working great....

Thanks for the input teazer. I'll adhere to all that you posted. I am now running the 93 octane and it does seem to start/run better. I'm sure that rescuers will arrive soon but you didn't mention whether you had checked plug leads / caps. One of the recommendations I hear a lot here is to trim back 1/4 inch of the plug lead are reinstall the cap to get a better connection.
