took carb off and cable out and reinstalled. seems to be better now but i noticed after turning petcock to reserve, within a few seconds fuel over flow is comeing from carb..............appears to be coming from what i wld assume is overflow brass tube and also seems to be draining somewhere else t...

I visited a tiny cycle swap this morning. Last night we discussed what time we wanted to get to the event. I said arrive 8am. She thought that was a bit early so we decided 9am would be ok. Can you turn the drive sprocket (indicating that the transmission is in neutral)?
Is there oil in the case?
Pull the plugs, insert penetrating oil.
Try and turn the kick starter, what happens?
