Hi Darren,
I also live in Bristol and have restored a 1964 Dream to full UK spec it took about four years to get it done and I finished it about three years ago.
If you want to have a look at it and go over any things you are not sure about let me know.

Can someone please tell me in simple terms how to attach photo's in this forum.
I have tried all things and it will not work for me.
Running a window 8.1 machine.

Will CB77 Mufflers fit a ca77? CA mufflers are really expensive but I can buy CB77 mufflers here in the UK at a more reasonable price. They will look a bit more like the original than other cheap alternatives I have seen on E-Bay. I can make up adaptor brackets if needed to fit the frame differences...

On my motor the 4 rivets that are part of the cam sprocket assembly were slightly loose and gave a very similar ticking noise .
I just hammered them over a bit to tighten them.

Are the split collars and the finned exhaust clamp on the one piece system different from the two part version ?
If so how do you know what to purchase ?
