Oil leak from behind camshaft left/right end coversI have an oil leak from the gasket between the end covers and the cylinder head. Can these gaskets be replaced without removing the head or head cover? Engine is still in the bike. Looks like it is just 4 bolts and the points need to be removed from the right side. Anything else?
Follow upThank you all for the help! I followed all of the suggestions with a new gasket and torqued to 18Nm. The Scrambler runs with no leaks! REI should mention that I pulled the tappet covers and the upper portion of the head is getting oil. I thought maybe there was a block and that could be causing it.
