Ca77 Rewire + ignition switch ?sA rewire is in the near future for my dream. And I like to get all my ducks in a row before I tackle a project. Everything looks to be rather straight forward except the ignition switch. Been searching as much as I can. http://www.honda305.com/forums/1965-ca77-ignition-switch-internal-contact-positi...
+1 on all the above. One step at a time. Get it running first. You can try tying your clutch lever closed to free your plates. Or if the lever won't budge either, disconnect it at the lever and lube it considerably. The brakes are going to be not the best. First step would be to disassemble, grease ...

I haven't tried this yet, but figured it'd be useful to many. It ...

Found my battery bubbling, warped and hissing, and had it quickly disconnected. Battery currently reads 11.5v though I'm hesitant to try a...
Anyway, here's what I did. I was faced with this problem initially, muffler bracket did not line up. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7085/7061403301_8d02a76ddb_z.jpg I thought about trimming the exhaust where it meets the header, but thought I should try the uncutting-of-things-route first. So I made ...
