I have the original plastic coil (wired directly to it) and need to replace as one of my wires is shot. Can someone tell me what kind of coil I can use on my 68 Ca77 and where to get it. Anyone know where I can get one for a 66 Ca77 Dream? I'm talking about the spring on top of the plunger in the carb. I have polished the inside of the carb, new cable, tried routing it different ways, lubed etc but it still sticks and return is slow. I can tap the carb and the revs will go down, so ...

Can someone tell me the correct way to route the throttle cable on a 1966 Honda CA77 Dream? Mine keeps binding up, I think I've tried most routes but maybe I'm missing something. Just in case your curious, I removed the inline fuel filter (Honda dealer recommended I try it). It now seems to get enough fuel, now it it running rich, man its always something. I pulled the bowl off and it seems to flow, okay. Don't have a banjo fitting. Is it possible to get an air bubble in the line? The filter never seems to fill up, there is gas in the upper line and in the lower line going into the carb but very little in the filter. I can't remember the float needle ...
