As it turns out, it hasn't run in 31 years. It's all there except for a few little things, but the real issue is the engine. It's siezed up. Rather than fight with the engine & "unobtanium" certain hard parts, he's going to buy a running CL77 305 Scrambler and swap the motors during the restoration....
