what are the charging system specs? like output and such i am not getting a single reading from my charging system

it is a new battery but the cycle is draining it below 50% everytime i start it. how can i test my rectifier and stator?

good spark, new points, new battery. super clean carbs . no air leaks. just not firing on the right side!!!! what are some other test i can run? and what can cause this? there is small amout of gas on plus. i've re adjusted floats for more fuel . but still no firing
