Tony, as mentioned the light blue and orange wires are for the turn signals. The grey and black wires go to the turn signal realy. The second light in the headlight bucket has been added by some PO, as Honda only issued them with one light, nuetral. The 3 position switches are found on Scramblers, ...

I wish I could help you with all your questions, but I can't. But I may be able to help you with the blue and orange wires. Those are the winker wires as far as I have been told.
