How do I tune my factory stock motor on my CB72/77 or CL72/7

Hi Davo, I'm in Stillwater, mn. must be having a senior moment, can't figure out where the yellow bar is, left of FAQ for Ed's recipe. Could you help a little more to find it. thanks a lot.

Hi all, my dream was running good, didn't ride for a few weeks, when I did, when I throttled to go up a hill, at low speed, the engine ran slow, no power, and died.
