Hi Tony and G, I have had a couple of those "hat section" end bushings built up OK. Some of them will not take a weld for some reason. I thought that the next time I might silver solder the worn area. I don't know about making the outside diameter bigger, but it might be an idea. The pawl and gear n...

Hi Bill, go to ebay aus to take a look at the CB72 café racer that Richard (Border0-3) and I built. We used a CB350F tank with a few mods to make it fit nice and also made a seat to suit.
Happy New Year,
Brian.

Hi Greg, just a tip for you. When you are blasting like that, put everything on a big tarpaulin with some support around the sides to lift the tarp. That way the blast media is controlled to some degree and is easier to clean up afterwards. Works for me.
Cheers, Brian.

They were from my old mechanic days, and I also have the diamond tip tool to resize and recut angles on the stones as I need them. Still have a couple of original large unused stones in the kit. Considering the amount...

Hi mate, if your gumtwo guy insist it is correct, maybe he can supply you the dimensions of the next one in his supply chain and you can check it that way. I sometimes need to use a hairdryer to fit them if they are tight, but two inches sounds a lot! Come on guys. I find it hard to believe that nob...

Hi mate, looks like a standard seat cover to me. I think the upswept front type was for the USA market, but plenty of bikes in the USA and the rest of the world had the flat type so you should have no trouble recouping your cash outlay. You might have to get your local guy to make one for you. Cheer...

Hi mate, I was wondering how many replies you want to a question? I count three for this one. If your engine will not turn over due to it being stuck or seized, then no amount of persuasion with electric starting will turn it over. If the engine turns over with the kick starter or via engaging a gea...
