I know this is an older post, but did anyone ever locate any 5mm .90 screws? The fuel petcock on my CA77 needs 3... I'll tap it if I have to, but just thought I'd check

That's what I'm using... zip lock bags. Walmart has them in just about any size you need. As for reassembly, another great help is the genuine Honda Factory Parts List for the CA77 published October 1968. It's full of exploded diagrams and will also help when you're looking for correct part numbers ...
ca77 clutch cableI recently found one on eBay... if you keep your eyes open, you can probably find an OEM NOS part which will likely go for around 50 bucks. I believe the correct part number should be a 22870-272-010 (make sure you don't get the 22870-271-010, that's for the older bikes before they changed the cable...
