Thanks for the info. I got the job done with great sucess. Unfortunately, I had already started to take apart the kickstart arm. What a chore to reassemble the thing with that spring loaded ball. I think I chase that ball around my garage floor for a couple of hours. Kinda like miniature bochy ball!...

kick start and right case cover

I'm new to ca77's and working without a manual.While replacing the carb, I dropped the 10 mm nut and it fell through a passage into the right case. I can't figure out how to remove the kick starter. Also, do I have to remove the elec starter to take off the right case cover? BTW, even with an impact...
