Two problems seem to plague kickstarter shafts on all of these 250-305 engines. The first is the little '14mm' bush which fits between the low gear and the sleeve gear. After a lot of searching, tweaking and making / modifying a couple of parts, I finally managed to complete this 5-speed gearbox.
