let me clarify, Is there a way to do it without taking the case off?

i dont see that fixing the problem though, the problem im having is getting it to feed around and getting it under the sprocket thats deep inside there...

Also, do i have to take my muffler off to get that bottom part off? I can only find one bolt and the muffler is flush against it...

Well i got the tires off of bikebandit, it was a total headache. I wanted whitewalls but i didnt want to spend over 100 bucks a tire for them, plus lets face it, i live in cleveland ohio, they will be brown walls come july... I did get burned on a battery i bought, dude told me it was the right size...
