Thanks mouse for the tip ,I believe I put each assembly in its own ziplock ( I hope ) at least now I can go back and verify if all is as it should be. Thanks again , you are an invaluable tutor

Thanks for all the replies.All were helpfull, and the four pins are now all out without benefit of any special tools.Once again this board has proven its usefulness ! Thanks again all, and HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Rocker arm tool ?

All my manuals specify a special tool to remove rocker arms.I don't have one and would like to know if the job can be done without or can anyone explain how it works so maybe I can make one ?Thanks for any advice.

Help need to replace lost carb parts

lost the clip that holds the float bowl to the carb and messed up one of the springs for the slider ,both diagrams I have looked at dont show a part # for these parts . Do I need to get a set of carbs to get theese parts or can anyone suggest where they may be had ? Thanks for your help.
