The number you gave is the engine number. Honda stamped both the frames and engines. As a general rule they don't match, and can be off as much as 200-300 digits and can be considered a born with engine to frame. My CB77 Owner's Manual, dated Sept 1965, under the Periodic Maintenance chart, recommends 1st cleaning at 1,800 miles (3,000 km) and the 2nd cleaning at 4,300 miles (7,000 km). The 4,300 mile column is the last column in the chart. I tried to get a photo to upload, but it failed.

You remove all of the old seal. Don't leave anything behind for the new seal to push into.

Screws are correct. I've only seen studs and acorns used on CB92 and CA95 cam covers.
