Thanks. I see the difference in my first picture. I wonder why that arm that attaches to the spring is so short on mine. I'll take another look, but it really does look original from the picture.

Brake lever is pushing brake light actuator

The brake light is on when the brake lever is disengaged and turns off when the brake lever is engaged. The brake light switch linkage is pushing the actuator rather than pulling it. It looks completely stock and untampered with. I'm confused.

After breaking one rubber strap wrench, I tried another one and got the chrome cover off by clamping the bottom axle part of the shock in a vice. Thanks for the help. Now that I have the bottom of the shocks separated I am going to have them powder coated red. I'm doing the red/silver color scheme a...

Splitting Crankshaft on CB77?

I had the ends of my rods honed out to fit oversized (15.1mm) piston pins and i also had the pistons honed to fit these oversized pins. The engine shop oversized one of the rods a little too much. Now I have a tough situation on my hands. I have an extra crankshaft with one good rod on it and was ho...

Where can I find this DVD? I found the parts manual cd and a shop manual cd. Is it one of those? A link would be helpful if you have it.

What manual should I buy for Engine Torque Specs?

I am about to put my cb77 305 motor/tranny back together and I am in need of the torque specifications for the bolts. I'm not sure if I should buy the Bill Silver motor guide or restoration guide?
