Japan Meets Britain
Many thanks Phil, and I appreciate your support over all these years. No I think when we eventually move, my two-wheeled options are going to be of the bicycling variety. I have 4 of those that I ride, so they’ll keep me more than occupied :)
If the bike does not sell on eBay this first time out, I’ll continue to do a few tweaks here and there on it, and of course ride and enjoy it. We’ll see how it all plays out!

I'll miss your posts, but you might be able to write about a Mosquito-powered bicycle in the future! 'Italy meets Canada'?

Unfortunately I’m selling the Hercules as well! So actually that could have been an Italy Meets Britain, but not to be. I still do have a couple of ‘art projects’ here, one of which is a vintage Peugeot bicycle that has been transformed into something really beautiful. Nice thing is that I can do all the work on it myself. My wife and I are making plans for the near future, which includes working on our newly-purchased property in Canada. As much as I would have loved to explore the backroads on the SuperHawk up there, it just would have complicated things. I’ll still be able to explore up there, but it will be the trails with my mountain bike. Selling the bike (plus eventually all my helmets, related clothing, plus all the bike parts) will free up so much, both in the house and in my little pea-brain. I’m comfortable with my decision and honestly, I think my wife is relieved. Plus I wanted to reduce a certain degree of ‘risk’ in my life, and this was a good place to start.
