Dick

I am new to this forum and CB77 ownership and I have little hope of replicating anything you have done but your build is truly inspirational.

Regards Greg

Thank you, Greg.
Welcome to the forum! A lot of very knowledgeable folks here. I've received a lot of help.

I added a few details - hope Mr. Honda doesn't mind. Since Honda designated their race bikes with a "RC" prefix, my Cb77 is now an RC77. I had a local hobby shop cut the figures on a machine used to custom-make letters/numbers for the modeling hobby. I used two sets, he made me four, only charged $5.15.
This may cause a few people to scratch their heads....

Dick

That's a beautiful, very 'together' looking bike. I think Mr Honda would approve..... :-)

Thanks, Graham.
I hope you realize I kept going back to your race bike shots for proportions and ideas! Also your restoration pics, esp your crank fixture.
Been building up another head - at the vapor honing now. If anyone does much head work, the New Way valve seat cutters work very well.

I wore out my HONDA broaches and just bought a set of New Way cutters.
They sure make new seats easy. ..................lm

I really like the New way cutters but You have to be careful not to remove too much metal

Dick

I'm happy that I could be of help in a small way. The great thing about this forum is that we all get ideas and learn from eachother.

Sharing keeps the Forum alive.
