Laud have mercy! That was a job just revealing that sucker. Several layers of paint I'm guessing.

Anyway, I got it down to bare metal and it reads....

CA78 - 102080

Thanks,

Beck

So, based on that could you recommend some good manuals?

Thanks,

Beck

A CLYMER Publication M331 has a couple of sections for maintenance with some pictures.
Also locate a Complete Parts Manual for that bike.
You will find both on eBay off and on. .............lm

I had purchased the DREAM CD from Bill Silver which has the parts book and shop manual and SO MUCH MORE information on it (all in pdf form). I HIGHLY recommend getting in touch with him about the CA 72/77 He answered several questions I had about his CD and he was very good about it. Contact him about what you have and what he can offer you.
