What Year Superhawk?

Hello guys. I'm a new member. I have a cb77. The title says it is a 1969. I know it's not. The last year was 1967 is what I have read. My vin # CB77-1047786. Can someone tell me what year it is ?

From the sales figures of American Honda, it would have arrived at a dealer in early '67, but could have been sold later and then would have been titled in the year sold.

I think the issue is that the VIN verify services (State Patrol, etc.) all use the same service - which gave my 1036888 a 1969 date today.....so the problem is perhaps in the database used....
