Thought it would be a good idea to introduce my 305 Scrambler so I can get all my questions in 1 topic. So far I've found this forum a major help in finding parts and getting correct info.

This motorcycle has always been my ultimate dream, I love the genuine simplicity and "coolness"-factor it has. No electric starter, no indicators, no rev-counter, great sound (!) and looks.
My choice would always be a '66 in red because they have the big brakes, the nice footpegs and seamless tank.
Really glad I've found this one because they are quite rare in Europe.

Currently I'm still improving it so the plan is getting in on the road this spring/summer.
Thanks to LM I got the correct rear light bracket (still needs paint). Side cases will also get some fresh paint etc.

Cleaned my carbs last week.

Got the Keyster kits to rebuild them but then when taking my carbs apart I noticed the've been running CB77-spec (#135 main, #42 slow and D9-needle) so on advice from LM I'll probably get the CB77 kits.

Also got new floats, still need to adjust the float height.

What type of levers do I need for my CL?
The type with the ball or "half" ball at the end?

Currently have 1 of each, looks a bit silly.

Full ball with the 'strength-web' on the inner part of the lever and brass bushings at the pivot.

Is there a difference in CL72 and 77 seat pans?

Got this one laying around waiting for a fresh powercoat.
Still has the original spikes if I'm correct.

Now I only need a new foam, cover and the trim.
