Leaking oil from the exhaust ports

Is it possible that your metal gasket is upside down?

Here is a photo of my Dream with the cover off. Luckily Loudmouse caught the fact that my gasket was inverted (weep holes should be towards the exhaust side on both metal and fiber gaskests) :
