I just did some rummaging and found a couple more 39mm ones in the bottom of a box. In the space a couple of days I have now seen small wheel parts with left and right lock screws and wide/narrow bodies.
It's a wonderful world of variety out there in Honda land.

That tensioner uses a 9mm center pin, compared with the 10mm of the others. Cappelini offers both sizes of replacement pin so there must be some 'out there'. Yours and the single one I had are the only two I have seen. Must pay more attention if I strip any more engines.
