Hello again. Does anyone know the size of the screws that hold the tank badges in place.i have a couple of badges coming from Thailand.hoping they are something I can find in Canadian tire or the hardware store.have seen them online for 20 plus shipping for 2 ,I need all four so kinda pricey... Thanks rob

According to the parts list at CMSNL, they're 3x10.

"The 935000301002 (93500-030100b) Screw 3x10 can be ordered. Fits the Honda Ca77 1960 1961 1962 1963 1964i 1964ii 1964iii Dream Usa (142592). 93500-0301002 is the manufacturer code."

Good catch on the JIS thread pitch; it had slipped my mind.

FYI, when I had last corresponded with Ray in early October, he was in the process of moving production back to the U.S. and had no stock, other than some badges with slight imperfections. I've written to him again today to see if he's back in production. Quality is worth waiting for.....

Thread pitch for 3mm ISO metric is 0.5 pitch. JIS is 0.6 pitch. You won't get JIS threads at Canadian Tire.

Thanks for the many replies,my Honda is a 67 ,would they be all the same .sound like a hard to get size and not readily available at hardware stores.thanks rob

I have used the ISO thread pitch of that size and it works. ...............lm
