I did a set of portawalls a year or so ago... A little tricky, but happy with the results.

I see they have two different ones for the Dream. One, the white wall is very wide and extends down to the rim. The other has about 1" of blackwall, then the whitewall. To me this would look better than white all the way to the rim. Which ones do you have?

does that not scare the crap outta you? a car is one thing, not much concern if it fails. maybe I'm just a wuss.

At least my dream, doesn't seem to have enough power to go beyond these tires limits. still out leans my harley buddies. they're the firestone ones from cooker. few thousand miles on em so far.

It didn't before I read your post :) I won't be riding fast or far enough to worry too much about it. All the reviews I've read are positive.

BTW, nice bike.

From what I remember the load limit on the Firestones was 150 lbs. With just the weight of the bike you're in danger.
Maybe they have improved them from 10 years ago when I bought mine. I felt my life was in danger every time I rode the bike. JMHO

Fortunately yes, they have improved. Just checked mine. Had me a little worried but they say 400# a tire.

Thanks rrixx

Glad to hear they improved the tires and upped the load limit. 150 lbs. was pretty scary.
