I recently found out through a relative of mine of a machine shop locally located in Wisconsin that may be able to do small production runs on sprockets for our bike. When I asked them about making a sprocket using an original, they pointed me towards possibly using the front sprocket from a Virago 250. Pictures make it look like they are the same for tooth count, shaft shape, and bolt location, but they are a 520 pitch.

When I decided to look up the rear sprocket, the smallest that I saw was a 38 tooth rear. It may be false memory on my part, but wasn't the stock size on the rear a 31 tooth? And does anyone have the center to center measurement of the bolt holes going across the middle? One Ebay listing says 145mm center to center.
