Ok. I got the steel parts painted. All nine of them. Tomorrow I'll do the plastics. The color looks very nice in person with a dab of flake in it. Painted Base/Clear it shines! Just got tired of painting all these bikes RED!

Well I started at 6 AM this morning and by noon I had all the plastics painted. Turned out real nice with no runs/dust in it. I really clean the shop before I paint so that sure makes a difference.

I bought new shocks but I had to dissemble them to paint the covers. It's all starting to come together now. The next stage is cleaning the engine. Thanks Cecil, Glad you like it. Paul

I got a few pecks of dust in the clear coat( three of them) which is normal so I wet sanded them out and buffed the clear and wow It sure looks awesome now. For anyone using clear coat paint wet sanding is a must to get that "professional" finish.

Also got the handlebars dressed and ready to install when I go to put everything back together. Also got all the brakes and hardware installed in the hubs. Paul

Here in Newfoundland we have a saying that say's "a change is as good as a rest" so taking that into consideration and seeing it was a beautiful day I decided to take the Wing out for a ride so I ended up in a little fishing village not far from where I live so here's a few pictures of that for a change.
