Super Slow 65 CB77 Restoration commencesWell i finally defeated the stuck bolt. Although i may have gotten a bit overzealous with the punch as I boogered the threads. I will have to figure something out there. Either cut off the boogered part or replace. Engine is free though.
Yeah although every time I see one on the bay, they want $20 for it. Might just grond off those last 2 threads and see how it looks. If not good I will replace it. I have the rims soaking in Oxalic acid right now. The front looks like it may be good enough. The rear has a lot of flaking chrome near the edge
I often buy collections of parts like this. A quick trip to the zinc platers and you are good to go....
