Cb77 fork tubes

Post by versuspop » Sat Jun 21, 2014 12:17 pm

Howdy!
I am putting the front forks back together and I can't remember if this is the right order of things. Do I have the tube components in the right order?
Also, there is a beveled side of the silver ring. Does it face up or down?

Hope the pic works!!

The steel ring fits above the lower bush with the flat circlip above it.

Thanks- and does the orientation of the steel ring's bevel matter?

The bevel does matter but I cannot recollect which way it goes.

Down, I think as the flat upper face then rests agains the flat circlip.....

Thanks, LM!
