Radio Shack bridge rec.Gentlemen,
I've traced the little chap, link herewith: http://www.radioshack.com/family/index. ... 58.2032230 25A, 50V Full-Wave Bridge Rectifiers Model: 276-1185 | Catalog #: 276-1185, $3.29 I'm just looking on RS & Maplin and will let you know of a suitable alternative. The OMP rec in my previous post and that's made up for you is a 42-Amp, which means it will create less heat and, therefore, isn't under stress and will probably outlast the bike! Also, I think it's true to say that not every vintage Honda rider has access to the tools & terminals required to make up their own device. I recall a member admitting to being 'electrically-challenged', so the OMP device is ideal here. I mean, (scenario) I can't weld aluminium, so I'd source either a new part or someone to do such a repair for me. Anyways, I'll let you all know about other device (rectifier) sources in due course. Steve
