Dusted off the cobwebs today and went for an hour's ride. It wasn't too chilly out (probably about 50F), but I didn't feel like going too far. The bike ran great, despite its having sat for about 2 months. Fuel's topped up, a bit more Sta-Bil in the tank, and hopefully it won't be too long until we ride it more regularly this year.

My plan is to do another road trip this year, as last year I didn't manage to fit one in. Maybe back out to Mid-Ohio, or perhaps someplace different, like Vermont (which I'm ashamed to admit I've never been to).

Vince

Happy new Year. Your picture puts me in mind of the Jimmy Stewart movie "It's a Wonderful Life"

You didn't rescue anyone from the river did you?

No, didn't rescue any drowning angels. And I'm thankful that I didn't bump into Mr. Potter either.

Well if you do decide to head to Vt give us a shout. Were up north of Burlington tight on the border. We can probably give you a place to crash and you can laugh at the remains of my scrambler that I've never figured out what to do with.
Cheers and nice bike
Mike

Did a 143 mile run this morning, and ended up in York PA at a donut mecca.

Beautiful morning, great ride, and of course great donuts.
