i register my 305 dream in vermont with a bill of sale.
it took about 3 weeks to get my tags and temporary
registration and another 3 weeks to get permanent
registration and the sticker. i went to the dmv
and transfer it to arkansas. 4 weeks later the title
came in the mail. it really works

Varies from state to state. Some near/or impossible get. Others, not so bad. Update your location in your profile and maybe someone can help you. You can also search the archives with the word "title". Sometimes its just easier to find a bike with a good title.
