Thanks Cliff. I really appreciate your comments. I bought a few more items to add to the Dream in the last few weeks and I thought I might share them with you all. One is a Honda Neon sign that looks pretty good with the Dream and the other item is a book from 1965 on motorcycles. In the book it shows a Dream and a Super hawk with a fearing on them. I've never seen it before so I thought you might enjoy seeing it as well. Ride safe everyone. PaulCliffC wrote:A real work of art, Paul you are a true craftsman. The rebirth of a C78 305 Honda Dream
Well here in my province we got new plates issued this year and I still didn't get the ownership changed over until yesterday so off I go to take care of it. I find out my 1965 Dream is licensed as a 1957 Dream and you would think after me telling them that it's a 65 they would change it, no way they wouldn't do it so I got to leave it like it is for now but on the up side I got the plate to match the actual year of the bike.
Finally got an opportunity to get all the bikes out for a picture yesterday. Our house is right on the main drag so having them out in plain view created allot of attention from drivers going up the main road, The next door neighbors said if I didn't get them out of sight someone was going to go through my fence while driving and looking at them but it was nice to see some interest in the old bikes. I decommissioned the Cub by removing the battery, fuel and then draining the carb so she's out with the Dream now. time to get into restoring the 66 C200 now. Anyways here's a few more pics of the day. Paul
