It is the forward most screw on the oil filter cover.
On the Dream it is a 6x115......some others (CB, CL) it may be 6x110 or 108...I don't remember for sure about them.-

Long Oil Cover Screw

Brewsky, My '64 parts manual for Dreams shows part number JP6106 as "6X106" for the oil cover used on the CS model.

Interesting that the parts manual shows application for the C/CA72/77 as part number C722707 only which is the long screw with a threaded bolt sticking out of it to mount the leg shields. No 115mm screw or any other length.

My 66 dream measured 115 (pan head phillips).
That is what is shown on the online fiche for CB's, but shows 106 for CL's.
My CA parts book just shows a part # for a leg shield bolt with no size listed.
