Just found this picture an there was not much new on this thread, CB72 racer at "speed" ( well speed is relitive and it is a heavy old 250 with similar rider on board ). Gordon SAFOJ It's been a bit quiet here lately so I thought I would post some pics. This a CB77-based machine which won the British 350 CRMC championship in 1994 and was well placed in 95 and 96. It was the last CB77- based bike to win that series....
Has some nice KeiHin carbs, 5-speed Nova transmission, duplex chain primary, Gibson exhausts and a Suzuki GT750 front brake. G-Man, is that John Davidsons old bike in the first pictures ? I dont remember him running a GT750 brake, possibly its been added at a later date ? By the way are you going to put a "big" twin cam top end onto the C72/500T bottom end for a CR style job. Gordon SAFOJ
