I suggest you check the sync of the slides again. Sometimes the cable is a bit hung up somewhere.

the throttle handle housing has a screw for adjusting friction on the throttle cable, that might be too tight.

Cable routing

Take your air cleaners off and watch your slides as you pull the clutch lever in. I would take a look to make sure you do not have a cable routing/binding issue. You may still have some jetting issues that need to be sorted out, but there seems to be more going on than just that.

I got some new jets (138,140,142,145). I put in the 140's and it ran better from the start. I still cant bog the engine via the choke lever until its almost closed. my plugs look fine via color test though
