tailand exhaust and kickstand stop

who's running the tailand exhaust and what did you do about your kickstand stop?

planing on making a bracket to act as a rest; what have others done about this?

Anyway, here's what I did.

I was faced with this problem initially, muffler bracket did not line up.

I thought about trimming the exhaust where it meets the header,
but thought I should try the uncutting-of-things-route first.

So I made a bracket out of 16 gauge,
which doubles as a kick stand rest.
Here it is in rough form:

Then shaved up a bit:

Finally installed and painted with POR-15 Chassis coat,
would've used spray on bedliner but I'll be damned if I could find where I left it

We'll see how it works. I would've been more satisfied if I could have figured out 2 frame mounting points instead of just using the one - I fear it may allow the muffler to rock a bit.
But I'm please with round 1 effort and will make adjustments if necessary.
