14mm bushing installation

Is this the correct way to install the 14mm bushing?

The bushing has one end with a taper on the inside.
That end goes to the left of ya pic.
Put the bushing on the KS and when it's correct ya will see that it fits almost flush to the shaft/end.. ................lm
